Your Data Settings

Please be assured Fasttrack Motorcycles Ltd do not share your data with any third party companies except in the case of Finance Applications for which you have granted explicit consent.

Data Collection

We collect your name, address, telephone number and email from you at the point of sale in order to deliver sold units, contact you about delivery of a motorcycle, completion of a service or repair, any complications that may arise between transactions and also to send you any relevant documents by post.

Finance Applications

When you submit the finance application form we keep the email containing your information for a maximum of two weeks. Successful applications will result in separate data collection as above.

Retaining Your Personal Data

We will keep your data for a maximum of six years following the last transaction we have made with you. This data is held on our encrypted database system which is delivered and maintained by Krystal Hosting Ltd. They have no access to this data.

How Your Data Is Used

We access your data through https (encrypted web access) in order to contact you for the reasons stated above.

MOT & Service Reminders

Our system tracks your MOT expiry and service record and automatically sends out email reminders. We also manually send out reminders by text message if you do not have an email address or if we receive no response from you within a week of the initial reminder.

Newsletter

We send out an occasional newsletter, historically no more than twice a year and never more than three times in one year, which is delivered and maintained by Mail Chimp. Again, they have no access to this data.

Deleting Your Data

If you wish your data to be completely removed our system simply send an email to admin@ftmc.co.uk with the subject 'remove' or call us and we will respond within two working days.

If you would like us to stop sending reminder emails please reply to the email with the word unsubscribe in the subject line or the body of the email. This will stop reminder emails but we will retain your data for the reasons listed above.

If you wish to be removed from the Newsletter at any point simply click the 'unsubscribe' button at the bottom of the email and you will be automatically removed from the mailing list only.
